In-person IFS & EMDR therapy intensives in Lakewood and Boulder, Colorado | Online across CO, AZ, CA, FL & MN
Move beyond stuck patterns at an accelerated pace.
Create lasting change.
Still feeling stuck, even after months or years of therapy?
No matter how many weekly sessions you’ve attended, the same patterns keep showing up in your life. Now, you’re ready to try something different.
IFS & EMDR therapy intensives are for those who are:
Wanting to finally release trauma, anxiety, or stuck beliefs and find deeper healing
Walking through a life change and need focused, steady support
Longing for genuine progress but limited on time
Already seeing another therapist but want to try IFS or EMDR
Living with the layered overwhelm of ADHD, trauma, or both
Standing at a life crossroads, unsure which choices feel right
If you’ve been circling the idea of therapy—or intensives—for a while, I get it.
It’s vulnerable to hope for something more. Even harder to believe you might actually feel different.
But here’s what I know: the parts of you that are tired, guarded, or over it? They’re not the problem. They’re evidence of how hard you’ve worked to make it this far. And they’re welcome here.
You don’t have to over-explain. You don’t have to be “ready.” You just have to be willing. There’s room here for what’s been buried and uninterrupted time to finally tend to it.
No Time for Weekly Therapy? Try an Intensive.
What is a therapy intensive?
Intensives are powerful, extended therapy sessions designed to give focused attention to areas of your life that need healing and find lasting relief—quickly and safely. We use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help your brain and body release the pain of past experiences or old narratives, and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to connect with and care for the parts of you that are exhausted from trying to keep it all together.
How this helps:
Instead of the stop-start-stop-start of traditional therapy, intensives help us get into the work, stay there, and more efficiently do what needs to be done, so you can get back to living your life. This format is also very personalized to your goals, from the structure to the schedule to the tools we use. Whether you're ready to move through a painful memory, shift shame-based beliefs, or interrupt a pattern that keeps showing up in your relationships, intensives give us the space to slow down and go deeper than traditional therapy often allows.
Why I Use IFS and EMDR in Intensives
These two modalities complement each other powerfully. EMDR helps the nervous system release stuck material from the past without reliving every detail. IFS helps us understand and support the parts of you that have been protecting and performing just to keep things afloat.
