I offer in-person therapy sessions in Boulder and Lakewood, Colorado. For clients living in Arizona, California, Colorado, Minnesota, and Florida, online therapy is available.

Yes. I provide in-person therapy in Boulder and Lakewood, Colorado, as well as telehealth sessions for clients in select states.

Online sessions happen through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You will need to join from a calm/safe location in one of the states where I am licensed (AZ, CA, CO, FL, MN).

Individual 60-minute sessions: $200
EMDR intensives: $220 per hour (typically 2 to 12 hours over 1 to 3 days)
I provide superbills upon request, which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement when I do not bill insurance directly.
At this time, I am unable to provide care for folks who have Medicaid. If you have Medicaid, please inquire directly with them to obtain a list of providers who may be able to accept your insurance.

A Good Faith Estimate is a written summary of your expected therapy costs. I provide this upon request to help you plan financially.

We will take time to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and begin exploring what brought you to therapy. It’s a safe space for your questions and sharing.

Therapy length varies. Some clients find relief in a few sessions; others prefer ongoing support. Together, we’ll find the right pace.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without timely notice will incur the full fee.

Yes. Confidentiality is a core value. Your privacy is protected by law and ethics, with limited exceptions required by law.

I currently do not accept new insurance clients. I can provide superbills (invoices) for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

Yes, I do work with men, but my specialty and primary focus is supporting women with anxiety, ADHD, overwhelm or trauma.
